I note that a milestone for the next version 1.45? isn't available yet for Trac tickets.

Would it be useful to create a few 'spares' 1.45, 1.46, 1.47 ... to avoid this problem each release?

I've just added two more for 1.45 and 1.46, also set the default milestone to "to be determined" which seems to more closely reflect reality for most tickets ;-) John.
