[Boost-users] where is lexical_cast.hpp?

Hi, I want to use boost::lexical_cast but cannot find lexical_cast.hpp in the boost tree. I am using VS2008. Has it been moved somewhere? I am trying to use boost 1.44. Thanks a lot in advance, -Al
