Mostly technical reasons. I need to find time to push in all necessary changes in Boost documentation subsystem.

No it does not. The whole trunk docs have to be replaced with new one.
If the technical problems take some time to be solved, an "outdated" statement and a link to the new version at the trunk index.html would be very kind. Thanks, -- Maik
