I would like to use static linking. However, the installer is only building the .dylib version of libboost_thread and not the .a version. I thought only Win32 was forced to use dynamic linking? Is there a similar issue on OSX? Actually, although static linking only had problems on win32, it was disabled for all platforms. This will be changed in the 1.32 release. Mike
