You might want to consider using the Boost License 1.0. Which is now OSI approved.

On a side note I noticed, that bjam is not installed by default (see my corresponding post on the boost.build list) in 1.34.1. Why is this ?

bjam is just the executable. All you need to do is copy it whetever you want after compilation.
