function docs

Hi... I downloaded Boost 1.28.0. I looked at the function library folder but I didn't see any documentation on how to use this library. Where's it? If there isn't, who would volunteer and explain how to use this library? I am using gcc 3.2 on Win2000 and sometimes on Win98. Mo
