Paul (Mensonides),
Is there anyway (say using a utility in BOOST_PP) at pre-processing phase to compare string literals for equality?
Unfortunately, there is no way. The string literal preprocessing token is impenetrable.
Gosh! OK, what about a vector_c which carries string literals? AIAIK, there is no such thing! Or, is there? If not, is that possible to write one? (You may have alrady understood why I ask that; Because, at template instatiation phase the string literals are no more dead! There is type-cheking, etc etc.) BTW, I guess I'm better to start another thread on this, and therefore I do.
