[Boost-users] [mpi] Linking with MPICH2 under Cygwin

Hello all, I recently posted two messages concerning linking boost.mpi with MPICH2 under Cygwin. For the list archives, the solution to this problem was to make sure that the boost libraries were created using the link=static and runtime-link=static boost build options, which creates libraries appropriate for static linking (and marked with a -s infix). When linked statically to the MPICH libraries and the appropriate boost libraries my code can execute correctly. Best, John -- John T.
