[Boost-users] libs/thread/src/read_write_mutex.cpp non-windows compile broken

CVS changes checked in on 29 March 2005 have broken linux/gcc thread library compile of read_write_mutex.cpp. Its because BOOST_READ_WRITE_MUTEX_TRACE is #defined only when BOOST_HAS_WINTHREADS. -- Peter Whaite
