cd /Sources/boost/release
./b2 toolset=clang cxxflags="-std=c++11 -stdlib=libc++" linkflags="-stdlib=libc++"and it worked (as much as boost will work with c++11)

At this point, I wonder if your clang/llvm is correctly installed.
