There's a commit on the develop branch of build which will hopefully fix this. If possible, can you test it? https://github.com/boostorg/build/commit/7ea55e4f2d782c17034cbc016b639d66fc5... You could manually update build in the beta release, but an easier way to test it might be to try the develop snapshot: https://dl.bintray.com/boostorg/develop/
