[SNIP Jonathan Turkanis and Daniel Krügler going back and forth on what the function signature for boost::lcm in should be] I made a copy of the GCD and LCM functions in so other libraries can use that one and we can centralize improvements there. Maybe we should consider that. (That would mean removing the GCD and LCM currently in .)
