I removed the extra BOOST_CLASS_EXPORT_GUID(bus_stop, "bus_stop"), and unfortunately, it core dumped in the same place. I'll look at it more carefully later. Note that the BOOST_CLASS_EXPORT_GUID(bus_stop, "bus_stop") should be superfluous since an instance of an abstract class cannot be created.
