[Boost-users] time_facet format flags %F and %f and "."

Hello, I've been using time_facet to create this foolish timestamp I have to send to another program. in doing so i discovered that %f returns the fractional seconds without a leading ".", and %F does this WITH a leading ".". bug or feature? Greetz, Mark
