It appears that in boost 1.44.0 filesystem V3
path("\Cristina.ADI\Local Settings").replace_extension(".png")
just returns "\Cristina.png" instead of
"\Cristina.ADI\Local Settings.png"
This appears to be fixed in https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/4702
