I have built this with the following configurations:
    Ubuntu 18.04 with gcc 7.3.2:
    Successful build with C++03/11/14/17

    Ubuntu 18.04 with clang trunk:

Boost.Wave failed to build with clang trunk and '-std=c++2a'

    Mac OS 10.14.6 with Apple LLVM version 10.0.1 (clang-1001.0.46.4)
    Successful build with C++03/11/14/17
