[Boost-users] [zip_iterator] Which header files?

The iterators documentation seems a bit thin! Does it say anywhere which header files are required to use zip_itrerators? Also, is the use of zip_itertor and others still very much current practise, or are there other techniques which tend to be used instead? Thanks, Rob.
