the technique you describe is absolutely OK and the one I'd recommend to do what you want. Is it not working for you?
Ok, then I'll use it! It works well, I just wanted to be sure that I was not doing the things wrong. What's not working is the second approach - with the hash_value template function as a the extractor of an additional key (it's not compiling). Thanks a lot!
