We use eclipse (europa) and bjam under Debian Linux "etch" and "sarge" on a daily basis and it works very well, I would be happy to assist you. I would not think of using any other build system!
I use it both with emacs and Visual Studio. I usually write Jamfiles for dependencies that use other build systems. So that I can use BBv2 with them too. -- Felipe Magno de Almeida
