Hello, I tried to use the BOOST_PP_SEQ_CAT with a sequence of parenthesized comma-separated pair of token. It works fine with visual 2010 but fails with gcc. I first think that there were a problem in the specific gcc implementation part. boost::serialization - Serialization (non intrusive) of a map containing in and structure.

I am using boost 1.41.0 and MS VS 2008. I have been having trouble serializing a map which contains a int (key) and structure value. I create a simple test app to aid in the discussion. I am attempting to perform a non intrusive serialization of the structure. error with static assert and floating-point detection

Hello, I try to use Boost Static Assert to define a template parameter only for double & floats. I use the call BOOST_STATIC_ASSERT( !boost::is_integral<T>::value ) I get in a class the error: error: no member named 'is_integral' in namespace 'boost' BOOST_STATIC_ASSERT( !boost::is_integral<T>::value ) My question is, how can I check the template parameter so that only floating-point types are allowed? The conditional define of boost::asio::io_service that uses epoll always seems to use edge triggered (ET) flag instead of level triggered (LT). This makes me think poll_once should be avoided due to Scenario 1 below. Can anyone confirm this?
