Hello, boost/multi_index/indexed_by.hpp does not compile on my SunOS 5.10 system. CC version: CC: Sun C++ 5.10 SunOS_i386 2009/06/03 Compiling this test program using boost 1.42: #include <boost/multi_index/indexed_by.hpp> main() { } Reports the following errors: "/sr/gldev/shrdlibs/boostlibs/1.42.0/boost/multi_index/indexed_by.hpp", line 56: Error: Type name expected instead of "BOOST_PP_ENUM_1". "/sr/gldev/shrdlibs/boostlibs/1.42.0/boost/multi_index/indexed_by.hpp", line 58: Error: Expected "class" or "typename" before "BOOST_MULTI_INDEX_INDEXED_BY_TEMPLATE_PARM" . "/sr/gldev/shrdlibs/boostlibs/1.42.0/boost/multi_index/indexed_by.hpp", line 58: Error: Type name expected instead of "T". 3 Error(s) detected. Is Boost.MultiIndex Solaris compatible? Am I missing something? I read the following about multi_index on boost.org: No problems have been detected with this platform. Last tested for compiler version Sun C++ 5.10 (Sun Studio 12 Update 1). The option -library=stlport4 was used to replace the default standard library with STLport. I tried with the -library=stlport4 but same errors. Thank you, Andre

date_time bad to_iso_string formatting

Hi. I just found a problem in date_time library with iso_string formating. I search the mailing list and bugs and found out that the bug is really old and the patches are suggested that solves the problem. Mailing list thread: http://lists.boost.org/Archives/boost/2007/03/117276.php Bug tickets https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/1726 and https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/1674 . The patches are really simple. Can anyoune tell me when this problem will be solved? For now I have my boost files patched, but it would be better to have it in official distribution. Ludo

There was a copy/past error inside a constructor (btw, be careful because when we found this bug together, your trunk was differing from the public release)... problem linking

I am having a problem linking with boost program options on windows with msvs. No mater what I specify on the command line, cl tries to ling with 'libboost_program_options-vc90-mt-s-1_42.lib'. When I built the boost libraries it built 'libboost_program_options-vc90-mt-1_42.lib', 'libboost_program_options-vc90-mt.lib', 'libboost_program_options-vc90-mt-gd-1_42.lib', and 'libboost_program_options-vc90-mt-gd.lib', but not 'libboost_program_options-vc90-mt-s-1_42.lib'. I have tried to tell cl to link with one of the libraries that was build, but it still links with 'libboost_program_options-vc90-mt-s-1_42.lib' regardless of what I specify on the command line. I'm trying to make some documentation for a project that uses boost.build v2. Is my use wrong or is there something else I can do to work around this? I tried adding a project in the docs jamfile, but it did not seem to help.
